The Waslo Messaging Platform
Waslo is our subscription messaging platform. Access is granted per business account and is subject to the plan you purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when connecting a channel, for the conduct of users you invite to your account, and for the lawfulness of the messages you send through the platform.
WhatsApp and Meta Platform Terms
Rukn is an independent Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform. By connecting a WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger channel to Waslo, you also agree to the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the Meta Platform Terms, and Meta's business messaging policies, and you authorise Rukn to act on your behalf in managing the channels you connect. Meta may suspend or restrict your channel independently of us. Message and conversation charges are billed to you directly by Meta through the payment method attached to your own WhatsApp Business Account.
Your Obligations When Messaging Customers
You must obtain valid opt-in from every person you message, honour opt-out requests promptly, and not send content prohibited by Meta's commerce and business messaging policies. You must not use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages. We may suspend an account whose conduct puts our platform standing or our other customers at risk.
AI-Generated Responses
Where you enable the Waslo AI agent, it generates replies automatically from the knowledge base and instructions you supply. You remain responsible for those replies as though they had been sent by your own staff. AI output can be inaccurate. We recommend reviewing the agent's configuration and monitoring conversations, and the platform allows a human agent to take over at any point.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Rukn or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rukn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
